Shipping policy

RTS (ready to ship) items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If something occurs and shipping must take place outside of this timeframe and email will be sent. 

ALL OTHER ITEMS generally take 3-4 weeks to ship. If you purchase a MTO bleached or dyed item please add 2 weeks to this timeframe.

You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. We are not responsible for any mail carrier delays. Once a order has shipped, we are no longer responsible.
